According with registered dietitian Elizabeth Somer,

RD and author of “Food and Mood”, people’s biochemical

responses to food vary dramatically. " Try to become

aware of your sensitivities, then tailor your diet.

Whether you add or subtract a certain food from your

diet, the best strategy for maintaining a good mood is

to consistently eat a wide variety of nutritious

foods. " A balanced diet will always help your mood

because at the very least, you'll have more energy to

deal with what's bothering you, " says Somer.
