Guest guest
The holiday season may mean traveling. Here are some tips from the American Dietetic Association to keep you travel down a healthy path! If you're driving for the holidays, pack snack foods like individual boxes of cereal, canned fruits, bagels and pretzels. Also have a plan for restaurants - stick with plain burgers or sandwiches - ask for sauces on the side. Traveling by air means including snacks as well - airplanes sometimes run late. Include bottled water to offset the dry air on planes. Don't forget to keep up with your physical activity - get up and walk down the aisles of the plane, or walk that terminal a little faster. Finally, when traveling through several time zones, you don't need to eat every time food is served - keep your meals about three to four hours apart. Happy traveling! ===== Language is an expression of thought. Everytime you speak, your mind is on Parade Exodus 20:8-11 & Hebrews 4:9 Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Sign up now. http://mailplus.
