Ingredients 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 - green bell pepper, diced 2 - stalks celery, tough strings removed, thinly sliced 1 - small onion, chopped 1 tablespoon hot paprika 1 teaspoon dry yellow mustard 1 26-ounce (780-g) jar plain spaghetti sauce 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Preparation - Estimated cooking time: Under 30 minutes - 1 Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add green peppers, celery and onions and cook, stirring often, until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in paprika and mustard and cook for 30 seconds. 2 Add spaghetti sauce and vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors. Nutritional Analysis Number of Servings: about 4 1/2 cups (36 oz/1080 g); serves 4.
