Guest guest Posted December 20, 2002 Report Share Posted December 20, 2002 Bread Pudding - Hawaiian Style INGREDIENTS: 3/4 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1/3 c Margarine, softened 1/3 c 2% milk 10-12 Slices of bread, cubed 2 cans (20 oz each) Pineapple, crushed and undrained 1 t Cinnamon PREPARATION METHOD Preheat Oven 350 Mix all ingredients together, except bread. Fold in bread gently. Pour into 2 quart unbuttered casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serves 8 - 10. Top with raisins for a more festive touch.
