Ingredients - - Cooking spray 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic 4 cups (24 oz/720 g) cooked brown or white rice 3/4 cup (3 oz/90 g) frozen peas, thawed 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari soy sauce 1/2 - bunch green onions, thinly sliced Preparation - Estimated cooking time: Under 30 minutes - 1 Spray a wok or large sauté pan once with cooking spray and heat over low heat. Add ginger and garlic and cook, stirring, for 15 seconds. 2 Add rice and, with a spoon in each hand, stir and toss rice until hot, about 2 minutes. Add peas and soy sauce and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. 3 Transfer to a bowl and garnish with sliced green onions.
