Guest guest Posted January 2, 2003 Report Share Posted January 2, 2003 Fettuccine Alfredo 8 oz dry fettuccine pasta 1 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly ground black pepper Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Stir in butter or margarine, and toss with grated cheese. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
