Guest guest Posted December 31, 2002 Report Share Posted December 31, 2002 Black-Eyed Peas Spicy Style Servings: 3 Ingredients: 1 (15.5 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed 1/2 onion, chopped minced jalapeno pepper to taste ground black pepper to taste Directions: 1. In a medium-size pot, combine black-eyed peas, onion, jalapeno peppers, and black pepper (to taste). Heat all ingredients to simmer, let cook 30 minutes.
