Cream Corn Casserole

Creamed Corn Casserole

 

2 cans creamed corn

1 can whole kernel corn

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

8 oz sour cream

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp of salt

1 egg, beaten

1 stick of butter

 

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

 

Butter a casserole dish, pour mixture in, and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes

until top is a golden brown.

 

Makes 4-6 servings.
