Guest guest Posted January 14, 2003 Report Share Posted January 14, 2003 Koriabiedes 1 lb. sweet butter; softened to room temperature 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. brandy 4 1/2 cups flour 1 cup blanched almonds or walnuts; finely chopped Additional powdered sugar for dusting Preheat oven to 350F. Whip butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add powdered sugar, vanilla and brandy. Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time. Fold in nuts. Shape tsp. of dough into balls or cresents. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes. DO NOT BROWN.
