(453 g) extra firm tofu, drained and rinsed (no need to press tofu) 1 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. ground black pepper 1 T. + 1 t. lemon juice 6 dashes Tabasco sauce 1 t. Wright's natural hickory seasoning (a liquid smoke flavoring) 1/2 C.(118 ml) canned diced green chiles Directions: Combine all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and process until thoroughly blended.
