Guest guest Posted January 22, 2003 Report Share Posted January 22, 2003 Warm Mustard Sauce 1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil 1 medium Onion, minced 1 medium Green bell pepper, seeded and minced 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon Celery seed 1/2 cup Dijon mustard Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and pepper. Cook until just soft (do not brown). Add the garlic, celery seed and Dijon. Heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to sit for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 1 1/4 cups *********** My Special Thought To You: If God Brings You To It, He'll Bring You Through It!
