Guest guest Posted February 11, 2003 Report Share Posted February 11, 2003 Savory Corn Spoon Bread Prep time : 5 min Ready in :50 min Ingredients: 2 cups hot milk 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into pieces 2 cups STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix in the Canister 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed 2 eggs, well beaten 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion 2 tsp. sugar Preparation: Place hot milk and butter in 1-1/2-quart casserole; stir until butter is melted. Add stuffing mix, corn, eggs, onion and sugar; mix well.
