Storing Foods On Your Stove

 

Avoid keeping ingredients like herbs, oils, pastas and vinegars on that back

shelf of your range.

 

The extreme heat can seriously alter the flavor of these delicate items.

 

Never keep glass containers of any kind in that area.

 

Shattered glass can cause you to throw away delicious (and expensive)

preparations.
