Guest guest
Cilantro Sauce 1 bunch cilantro 1 bunch parsley 1 or 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice 1/3 cup tahini 1 Tbsp tamari 1 Tbsp honey Optional: basil or ginger, to taste Wash the cilantro and parsley, removing the stems. Process all ingredients except the tahini in a blender or food processor until chopped fine. Empty into a bowl and add the tahini, stirring vigorously until the mixture thickens. Keep refrigerated. Serve as a salad dressing, over steamed vegetables, or as a dip. This sauce is also delicious over brown rice. *********** My Special Thought To You: Success Is Getting What You Want--Happiness Is Liking What You Get!
