Guest guest Posted March 10, 2003 Report Share Posted March 10, 2003 Sugarless Pumpkin Pies 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell 2 small boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding 2 C. milk 2 C. plain canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mixture) 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
