Guest guest Posted March 25, 2003 Report Share Posted March 25, 2003 Charoset Apples 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon potato starch 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup honey 3-4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped into small pieces 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/4-1/2 cup white raisins Cinnamon Wine to taste Mix water, potato starch, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Cook and stir until thick and clear. Cool. Stir the apples and nuts into the honey mixture. Add cinnamon to taste. Just before serving add wine 1 tablespoon at a time.
