Guest guest Posted March 25, 2003 Report Share Posted March 25, 2003 Green Bean Salad 2 cans French Cut Style green beans 2 Roma Tomatoes 1/2 Purple Onion (cut in rounds) 1/2 cup (more if you prefer) Marinated Mushrooms 1 can sliced Water Chestnuts 1 small bag slivered almonds Zesty Italian Dressing Drain green beans, put in a bowl. Cut up onion. Slice mushrooms. Cut Water Chestnuts in strips Add slivered almonds. Cut up tomatoes in small pieces. Add dressing to taste Refrigerate for about one hour before serving.
