Guest guest
Honey Substituting honey in baking recipes can add a richer flavor than granulated sugar. Simply replace 7 ounces of honey for 1 cup of sugar. Try using half honey and half sugar in bread recipes. Honey Types Honey is usually named for the flowers from which it originates. Over 300 varieties can be found worldwide, ranging from avocado to blueberries. All differ in flavor and color. The two most commonly found in America are clover (mild and delicate) and orange blossom (citrus flavor and amber in color). Other types can be found at specialty and health food stores. A rule of thumb is " the lighter the color, the milder the flavor. " ===== *********** My Special Thought To You: There's A Blessin' In Pressin'....On The Upward Way!
