Either will add a depth of flavor and a chewy texture that is just as satisfying as meat, without the fat or calories. Bonus tip: Switch from ground beef or sausage to soy-based sausage meat -- it doesn't have the saturated fat or cholesterol of red meat. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
