PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened 3 Tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder Dash ground black pepper Preparation: Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
