Bread recipe - "M Bisis" - It's a traditional Moroccan bread made with semolina (smeeda), salt, and oil. It like a small cake and you fry it in oil.

Ingredients:

2 bols of semolina (not the fine one, the other, the grains are bigger)

1 cup of olive oil

salt

1/2 spoon of baking powder

Warm water to mix the dough

Mix the semolina with the butter add salt , the baking powder and add water until you get a firm dough. Divide into small balls.

Place a small amount of semolina on a board and form in a tortilla like shape. Cook on a medium high fire

Enjoy with honey and tea.
