Guest guest
Frying Tip A simple technique can help prevent breaded (or battered) foods from sticking when preparing them in a basket-type fryer (like Fry Daddy). When the oil has reached the desired temperature, partially submerge the food item (holding it with tongs away from the sides and bottom) in the oil for10 seconds before releasing it to cook. This sets the coating and makes it less likely to adhere to the fryer's basket. ===== *********** My Special Thought To You: There's A Blessin' In Pressin'....On The Upward Way!
