Guest guest Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 Orange-Tofu Cream Makes 1 1/2 Cups 16 oz. firm tofu 3 Tbs. vegetable oil 3 Tbs. maple syrup 1 Tbs. vanilla extract 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
