Guest guest Posted April 17, 2003 Report Share Posted April 17, 2003 Potato Casserole 2 10-oz packages frozen hash browns, defrosted 3/4 cup melted butter 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pint of sour cream 1-1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups crushed corn flakes Preheat oven 350 Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup of melted butter. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with the buttered corn flakes crumbs.
