Guest guest Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 Pico de Gallo 2-3 large firm tomatoes 2 medium white onions 10-12 fresh jalapenos 2 bunches cilantro 4-5 cloves garlic 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup oil seasoning salt pepper garlic salt Dice and combine tomatoes, onion and jalapenos in a large bowl. Separate cilantro leaves from stems. Chop the leaves and add to the bowl. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar and oil. Season to taste with seasoning salt, pepper and garlic salt.
