Vegetables On The Grill

 

There are three basic ways to cook fresh vegetables

on the grill.

 

1) Directly on the grate:

This works well for large cuts.

It allows for a smoky flavor and desirable grill marks.

 

2) Wrapped in foil packs:

Sliced vegetables (like potatoes and onions)

benefit from this method.

The seasonings tend to incorporate well, but

you sacrifice the " grilled food flavor "

 

3) Using a grill basket, tray or wok:

These allow you to cook small cuts

and still get the fire’s entire flavor.
