Guest guest Posted April 28, 2003 Report Share Posted April 28, 2003 Caramelized Onions 4 large Onions (yellow), peeled and thinly sliced 6 ounces Butter Salt and pepper to taste Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the onions and cook over low heat (stirring frequently). Continue until the onions are tender and lightly brown (about 30-35 minutes).
