Guest guest Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 Cream Gravy Tip When making a cream gravy (for " Biscuits and Gravy " ), try substituting water for half of the milk in the recipe. This will make the gravy a little lighter in an otherwise very heavy dish.
