Guest guest Posted May 3, 2003 Report Share Posted May 3, 2003 Stir-Fried Asparagus With Wild Mushrooms 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil 1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced 3/4 pound Asparagus (fresh), trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces 1/4 pound Portabella mushrooms, sliced Heat the two oils in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus, garlic and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve with favorite sauce or topping. Serve warm.
