Guest guest Posted April 30, 2003 Report Share Posted April 30, 2003 Italian-Style Cheese And Potato Fry 1 Tablespoon Olive oil 1 medium Onion, sliced 4 medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 1/2 cup Vegetable broth 1 1/2 cup Fontina cheese Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onions and cook until soft. Add the potatoes and broth and stir well. Cook until the potatoes are soft and most of the broth is absorbed.
