Guest guest Posted May 3, 2003 Report Share Posted May 3, 2003 Bread Pudding (1940's version) 2 tablespoons margarine 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2-cup sugar 1/2-teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4-teaspoon salt 1-teaspoon vanilla 1-quart milk 3 1/2 cups bread, cubed 1/4 cup of raisins (optional) Preheat oven 350 Melt butter and combine with eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and milk.
