Guest guest Posted May 12, 2003 Report Share Posted May 12, 2003 PICKLED EGGS 1 hot red pepper 3/4 cup water 3 cup vinegar 2 tsp. sugar 3 tsp. pickling salt a pinch pickling spice 1 sliced onion 10 hard boiled eggs Put onions & eggs in a 1 qt. jar. Boil the rest of the ingredents. Pour into the jar over eggs & onions.
