Guest guest Posted May 28, 2003 Report Share Posted May 28, 2003 Banana Cream (NEWSTART® Lifestyle Cookbook*, pg. 70) ½ cup pineapple juice ¼ cup clean, raw cashews 2 tablespoons chopped dates 3 frozen bananas, sliced ½ cup water ¼ teaspoon maple flavouring 1/8 teaspoon vanilla Process pineapple juice and cashews in a blender until very smooth and creamy. Add dates and continue blending. Add remaining ingredients and continue blending until very smooth. Freeze slightly and serve.
