Guest guest Posted June 2, 2003 Report Share Posted June 2, 2003 Pasta and Broccoli Salad From Martha Stewarts 'Everyday Food' Cook 1 c. penne, fusilli or ziti pasta in boiling salted water, 7 min. 2 c. broccoli florets; cook until both pasta and broccoli are tender, about 5 min. Drain pasta and broccoli; rinse under cold water. Cool the pasta and broccoli. In a bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, 1/4 c. grated parmesan, 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper(or to taste) Add 2 tb. olive oil, and toss Squeeze Lemon Wedge Juice Over Salad--Optional ===== *********** My Special Thought To You: There's A Blessin' In Pressin'....On The Upward Way!
