Guest guest Posted June 5, 2003 Report Share Posted June 5, 2003 Carrot Slaw Dressing: salt and pepper to taste 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar or Splenda 1 clove garlic, crushed, peeled, minced 2 T. lemon juice 1 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar or, balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 4 cups grated carrots or 2 cups finely grated cabbage 2 cups grated carrots Stir ingredients together for dressing.
