Guest guest Posted June 11, 2003 Report Share Posted June 11, 2003 Scalloped Potatoes 1 T butter 1 chopped onion 1 clove garlic 2 T flour 3/4 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 1cup cottage cheese 2 tsp dill weed 1 tsp each salt and pepper 6-7 medium chopped potatoes 1 cup shredded cheese Directions: Sautee onion and garlic in sauce pan with butter. Add flour. Stir. Slowly add milk, cottage cheese and sour cream. Simmer until thickened. Add dill, salt and pepper.
