Guest guest Posted June 17, 2003 Report Share Posted June 17, 2003 Macaroni-Carrot Salad 1 Package Small Elbow Macaroni 1 large green pepper, chopped 4 carrots, shredded 1 onion, chopped 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup vinegar 2 cups mayonnaise 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Directions: Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain & cool.
