Apple Crisp with Honey Sweet

 

4 cups peeled and sliced apples

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/3 cup flour

1 cup oats

1/2 cup Honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup margarine

 

Directions:

Preheat oven 375.

Spray pie pan with vegetable spray.

Put apples in the pan.

Sprinkle juice over apples.

Mix all other ingredients together.

Pour over apples.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield 10 servings
