Guest guest Posted June 19, 2003 Report Share Posted June 19, 2003 Cooked Potato Salad Dressing 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 eggs 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup water Directions: In saucepan combine dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. To use: Mix equal amount of this recipe with equal amount of mayonnaise.
