Guest guest Posted June 25, 2003 Report Share Posted June 25, 2003 Potato Rolls 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. baking powder 1 cup butter, cut into pieces 1 cup cooked, mashed potato 1 cup buttermilk 1 Tbsp. sugar Directions: Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place dough on a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut rolls with round cookie cutter and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
