Guest guest Posted June 23, 2003 Report Share Posted June 23, 2003 Mixed Vegetable Salad 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon water 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup vinegar Bring to a boil and pour over the following drained vegetables. 1 can French Style green beans 1 can green peas 1 can whole kernel corn 1- 7 oz. jar pimento 1 chopped bell pepper 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped red onion Keep covered in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. ===== *********** My Special Thought To You: There's A Blessin' In Pressin'....On The Upward Way!
