Guest guest Posted July 6, 2003 Report Share Posted July 6, 2003 FRUIT MOLD Serves 6. 1 package sugar-free unflavored vegetarian gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 cup evaporated skimmed milk 2 cups cut-up fresh fruit (your choice) Directions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in milk. Refrigerate until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in fruit. Pour into 8-inch square pan or 5-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm. Per serving: 102 calories, trace fat, 2 milligrams cholesterol, 21 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fiber, 5 grams protein, 85 milligrams sodium. ===== *********** My Special Thought To You: There's A Blessin' In Pressin'....On The Upward Way!
