Guest guest Posted July 9, 2003 Report Share Posted July 9, 2003 Scalloped Corn Ingredients: 2 can cream style corn 3/4 cup milk 2 large eggs -- beaten 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper (to taste) 1 cup cracker crumbs 1 tablespoon margarine Directions: In an 9x13 square casserole dish mix together the corn, milk, beaten egg, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and mix. Melt the margarine and mix in 1/4 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
