Guest guest Posted July 10, 2003 Report Share Posted July 10, 2003 Low Carb Pancakes Ingredients 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 2 large eggs 2 tablespoon oil or melted butter 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese 1/4 cup of cream Directions Mix all ingredients together.
