Guest guest Posted July 14, 2003 Report Share Posted July 14, 2003 Green Beans Italiano Ingredients: 1 can (16 oz) green beans, drained 1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies) 1/2 Tblsp butter or margarine 2 Tblsp olive oil 2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup onions, diced 4 Tblsp Italian Seasoned Bread crumbs 4 Tblsp grated Parmesan Cheese Directions: Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and onions until onions are translucent. Add drained green beans and toss until coated with butter and olive oil, add diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes or heated through.
