Guest guest Posted August 1, 2003 Report Share Posted August 1, 2003 Tropical Fruit Salad This recipe combines juicy grapes, fresh mango and creamy banana, which is fat free, a good source of potassium and a good source of the antioxidant vitamin C. INGREDIENTS: 2 c grapes, seedless 1 banana, medium, peeled and sliced 1 mango, peeled and cubed 1/2 c yogurt, lowfat tropical flavored 1 t ginger, fresh grated 4 mint sprigs PREPARATION METHOD Combine grapes, banana and mango; toss to mix. Stir ginger into yogurt. Spoon dressing over mixed fruits or add to fruits and mix to combine. Portion into individual glass bowls; garnish with mint.
