Guest guest Posted August 29, 2003 Report Share Posted August 29, 2003 Mister Rogers' Corn Pudding 2 eggs 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 17oz can cream style corn 1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350 Butter (or spray) 2 quart casserole. Place eggs in a medium bowl and beat well using a wire whisk. Sprinkle with flour and whisk until smooth. Add all other ingredients and combine well. (Mixture will be runny).
