Cream Cheese - room temperature 1/2 c. unsalted butter - room temperature 1/2 c. artificial sweetener - Splenda or Equal 1 t. chocolate extract 1 oz. baker's chocolate melted How to Prepare: Melt baker's chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds on high, check, then microwave at 10 second intervals until melted. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Drop by small spoonfuls onto baking sheet and freeze.
