Can be made ahead of time. Peaches can also be used in the sauce, instead of the red berries. INGREDIENTS: 2 Fresh peaches, sliced 2 T Nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 c Fresh or frozen red berries pureed or substitute fresh peaches (for Sauce) 1 T Packed brown sugar or honey, to taste (for Sauce) PREPARATION METHOD Arrange peach slices on 2 dessert plates. Top each with 1 Tbsp. yogurt. In 1 quart microwave safe dish, combine berries and brown sugar. Cover and microwave on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Drizzle sauce over peach slices. Makes 2 servings.
