Chik Nuggets Noodle Casserole

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup processed cheese spread

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup fat-free milk

1 1/2 cups frozen peas

1 package MORNINGSTAR FARMS Chik Nuggets,

thawed, cut in quarters

2 cups drained, cooked egg noodles

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup corn flakes cereal

 

Directions:

 

1. In 4-quart saucepan, heat cheese, soup, milk,

and peas, stirring frequently, until hot and combined.

Stir in MORNINGSTAR FARMS? Chik Nuggets, noodles,

and pepper.

Place in 2-quart casserole coated

with vegetable cooking spray.

 

2. Bake at 350° F about 20 minutes or until heated

through. Sprinkle with potato chips

and return to oven about 5 minutes

or until chips start to brown.

Serve hot.

 

Recipe Hints:

1/2 cup crushed potato chips can be substituted

for the 1/2 cup corn flakes cereal, if desired.
